August Favourites!

Ello,

It's back again :) I realized i don't post much on Friday's and i'd rather have a set schedule to post which should be every Monday and Wednesday i'm hoping. So here is my August favourites (i decided monthly for this is the way to go!).

Zoella Lifestyle

This range is just so adorable. I'm not a big Zoella fan if i'm being honest mainly because i'm not really interested in make up stuff - i'd rather see people prat around and have fun than show me the latest makeup trends and products. However, I adore her product range i think its cute and she's recently released a Zoella lifestyle range which is an all year round range rather than just a Christmas. My favourite products from the range are the Jewellery Trinket Tray, which is an adorable little cloud shape and the cloud looks like it's sleeping; it has a lot of pink, white, grey and gold which although i hate pink i must admit is a fantastic combination of colours; and their is a lovely cushion which is like black, grey and white with the same cloud design as it just looks so cute!

Zoella Lifestyle- Zoella Catching Trinkets Jewellery Tray £12
       Zoella Sweet Dreams Cushion £18

Game of Thrones Season 7

I love Game of Thrones mainly because of all the violence and gore - i'm really into gory programmes like Whitechapel and Hannibal. And Series 7 was not a disappointment at all! The concept of series 7 didn't involve a lot of big battles so far it's very tactical and there's a lot of drama in the dialogue rather than the actions which is why i like this series so much. My favourite characters are Tyrion Lannister, as he's so witty and has a good heart despite what people think of him, and Arya Stark, she's just an absolute badass now and she's crafty, cunning and highly intelligent.

VFestival

I went to V festival in Chelmsford on 19/08/17 with my friend Emma and it was a pretty chill day all in all compared to last year. Last year i went and felt we all got stressed because of different people we wanted to see whereas being there was only two of us this year we were able to make decisions better. We started off by watching Busted - my inner child self was very happy, then listened to Ella Eyre and later James Arthur while we had some lunch. We then went off to the comedy tent to see Lee Nelson for about 20 minutes and went over to the MTV stage to see the Vamps - who Emma was clearly obsessed with as i only knew like two of their songs. We then went over to see the last half of Madness - who i have always wanted to see live and got there just in time as they started singing their old stuff like baggy trousers and house of fun - i got very hyper at that point. We then saw Jess Glynne, Sigma, Sean Paul and finished the night with P!nk - it was an epic day and i'll post more about it in a later post - once things have been edited.

Saturday Night At The Movies by Joe McElderry

I went to go see the tour of his latest at my local theatre on August 6th and despite feeling very unwell it was a great and fun evening. He was joined on stage by two former Josephs (Joseph and his amazing technicolor dreamcoat) and Sam Callaghan from the Xfactor way back when. The first act was them very much all with solo songs singing good ol' tunes such as Somebody to Love, Superstition and Bring me Home from Les Miserables was a personal highlight. The second act was very much the songs from the Album ending on Daydream Believer - which i actually hoped they finished with Any Dream will do/Close every door but it was still a good choice of song to end on. It was a feel good evening, Fran and I had a little boogie and sang along to every song so it is a show i recommend seeing - if you like feel good movie tracks - trust me when i say you will have heard of every track.

Tyler Oakley

As you know i'm currently getting into youtubers quite a bit. I've recently been clicking on the recommended videos on youtube and Tyler Oakley came up so i thought let's give him a watch and i wasn't dissapointed! I think he's really funny and his mind is pretty dirty - my kind of humour. So if you haven't already go and watch some Tyler Oakley - my favourite video from him is currently The Shock Game featuring Joe Sugg mainly because Tyler constantly says "Big Ol'" .

Those are the favourites for this month!

See you next time,

S xoxo
